In November 2025, I participated and spoke in the People Matters TRWC 2025.
The sheer energy, enthusiasm and curiosity of over 1500 delegates ,smartly curated sessions, exchange of ideas, moments of resonance and the joy of finding a solution, makes me feel glad that I was a part of it.
Workplace wellbeing and the need to support employees emotionally is now hometruth. But how, why, when and to what extent is a very evolving and interesting space.
I will continue to share some insights, questions, stress, exasperations, enthusiasm but absolute determination to drive wellbeing at workplace in the coming weeks !
